Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor and analyze quality metrics, including resident surveys, satisfaction ratings, and clinical outcomes, to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and implement quality improvement projects to address specific issues or concerns
Provide education and training to staff members on quality improvement initiatives and best practices
Participate in regular quality assurance meetings to review and discuss quality metrics and initiatives
