Hiring Alert | Technical Service Owner

Location: Remote (USA)

Must-Have Skills:

• End-to-end engineering design and implementation
• Technical Service Ownership and delivery leadership
• Team coordination, execution, and delivery prioritization
• Scrum ceremonies and strong Agile delivery discipline
• AS400 and API development experience
• .NET Core and REST API design
• REST endpoints, versioning, and status codes
• OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Key Management, and RBAC
• OpenAPI / Swagger contract documentation
• JSON and XML payload handling and schema mapping
• AS400 REST exposure using IBM Integrated Web Services (IWS)
• Insurance carrier API integrations, including Quote, Bind, and Rate
• API Gateway concepts: Rate Limiting, Throttling, and Routing
• ETL and data transformation from DB2 for i to JSON

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce REST API and Platform Event integration
• Service-oriented and Microservices architecture
• Functional API testing and Contract Testing
• Consumer-driven Contract Testing
• API Performance and Load Testing
• API Mocking and Stubbing for AS400 simulation
• IBM MQ message bridging
• Experience partnering with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and delivery management
