Queensbury UFSD is seeking a School Secretary to join the Queensbury High School Guidance Department.
Schedule: Full-time, 12-month position; 40 hours per week
Minimum Starting Rate: $19.93/hour, based on experience

The School Secretary provides clerical and administrative support essential to the efficient operation of the Guidance Department. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, preparing correspondence and reports, answering phones and assisting with inquiries, using computer programs and web-based applications, maintaining files and data, and supporting administrators, staff, students, parents, and outside agencies.

This School Secretary position is approved under the NY HELPS Program , which temporarily waives the civil service examination requirement. Candidates may be hired based on their qualifications and experience.
