Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Start Date: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25
This facility is in search of an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide locum tenens support to address an immediate need.
Here are the specifics and qualifications for this role:
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on November 4 and 18
Practice Environment: Outpatient setting
Types of Cases and Procedures: New patient consultations and follow-up visits for Hematology and Oncology patients
Credentialing Duration: Approximately one week
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC
Required Certifications: Board certification
Licensure Needed: Valid Indiana state medical license
