Freelance German Teacher

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere (and Online). We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

We are currently looking for a freelance German Teacher for one of our clients in Jacksonville, United States.

Student Age Group: A: 17 and under
Student's Schedule: Other, (I am looking for classes for my two bi-lingual daughters. Best time would be Saturday between 9 am and 12pm. My 11 year old for 1.5 hours - 9 am to 10:30 am My 13 year old for 1.5 hours - 10:30 am to 12 pm)
Student's Preferred Start Date: 2026-09-05
Student's Motivation: I would like to have my daughters keep their German language skills up to a proficient level to study and/or live in German.

Ideal Candidate

Be a native German speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
Have a valid work permit/visa
Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions

Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Freelance position, with part-time hours
We are not able to sponsor visas
