Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a skilled General Production Worker to set up CNC milling and lathe machinery for creating parts. The role involves performing tool changes and offsets, assisting with loading materials, completing quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities - Set up CNC milling and lathe machinery to create parts.
- Perform tool changes and offsets on the equipment.
- Assist with loading materials into the machinery.
- Complete quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Clean work areas and maintain workplace safety.
Essential Skills - 2 years of experience with CNC machinery/operation.
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics for part piece machining.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Fabrication, Blueprint, Assembly, CNC machines, CNC lathe, CNC mill.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Assembly experience and wiring.
- Attention to detail and hand strength.
- Basic computer skills (Using Microsoft Office applications), Production, General labor.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Manual machining experience and CNC schooling or trade school experience.

Work Environment The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled. Employees have the opportunity to work on one of two shifts: 1st Shift from Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm, or 2nd Shift from Monday through Friday, 3pm-11:30pm.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Center, IA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $37.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
