Job Title: CNA

Location: Stevens Point, WI 54481

Start: 05/12/2025

Duration: 13-weeks.

Shift: 12 hours variable

Pay Rate (For Local candidate) : $30-$33/hr. on W2. (Based on experience).

Pay Rate: $37/hr. Blended rate for the candidates who is traveling 50+ miles from the facility location.

Regular Rate: $15/hr. on W2.

Weekly Stipend: $792.00

Weekly Gross : $1,332.00

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.

Job Requirement:

WI CNA License - active and in good standing
BLS Certification - required
Minimum Experience: 2+ years CNA experience
Recent Experience: At least 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience required
Charting System: EPIC experience required
Preferred Skillset: Inpatient Acute Care experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical/Pediatric unit (average daily census: 28)
Perform CNA duties including patient hygiene, vital signs, mobility assistance, feeding, and general patient care
Collaborate closely with nursing and ancillary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Be resilient, independent, and proactive in managing time and responsibilities
Remain flexible and positive in a constantly evolving hospital environment
Communicate effectively and contribute to a supportive, team-based work culture
